Shipping & Delivery
Processing Orders: We process all orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that shipping costs vary based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.
Delivery Time:
- DHL Express Delivery
- For most of Europe, delivery takes 4 to 7 days.
- For other international destinations, delivery takes 4 to 9 days.
- You can track your product using the DHL app.
- Other Transportation:
- Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 days for Europe and 10 to 20 days for other international destinations, including the US and UK.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and billing information. While tracking information is not available for these deliveries, you will receive a call a few hours before your package arrives.
Duties & Taxes:
Please be aware that all taxes, customs duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Since our products are shipped from Morocco, customs fees may apply for importing goods. If you have any questions, please contact us at creartmaker@gmail.com.
Stock Rugs:
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. If approved, you will be refunded for the product and initial shipping costs. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please send the completed return form to creartmaker@gmail.com. Once we receive your form, we will send a confirmation email, and the refund will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned product.
Important: Our products are handmade, so slight imperfections may exist as part of the artisanal process. These unique features contribute to the authenticity and individuality of each item.
Custom Rugs:
Due to the made-to-order nature of custom rugs, all sales are final. Please ensure that all measurements, colors, and designs are correct before submitting your order. However, if there is an issue with the design, color, or measurements, please contact us immediately.
We strongly recommend inspecting your shipment upon receipt. If the product is damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Damages reported after this period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. If the packaging is damaged during transit, please contact us with detailed photos before opening the package.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Ensure that the items can be delivered to the destination and fit through doors, hallways, and elevators.
White Glove Delivery:
For more specialized delivery, we offer white glove delivery via our preferred shipping partners. Additional charges may apply, particularly for deliveries involving stairs or requiring installation.
Our handmade wool rugs are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the delivery date. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, improper care, wear and tear, or misuse after delivery.
If you need us to hold your order after it's ready to ship, we offer 10 days of free storage. After this period, a storage fee of $10 per item per day will apply. Orders not released within 30 days will incur additional storage and delivery charges.
